Shipping Rates

• Singapore: S$4.90; free shipping for orders of S$60 or more.
• Malaysia: S$9.90; free shipping for orders of S$100 or more.
• Southeast Asia: S$14.90; free shipping for orders of S$150 or more.
• Other international destinations: S$24.90.
• Final shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Singapore: 5–14 business days
• Malaysia: 7–18 business days
• Southeast Asia: 8–21 business days
• Other international destinations: 10–30 business days

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and supplier delays may extend delivery times.

Multiple Parcels

Shop2 works with multiple fulfilment partners. Products from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. Customers will not be charged additional shipping when an order is divided into multiple parcels.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when available. Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after dispatch. Customers may also use our Track Order page.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country. Shop2 cannot control or predict these charges.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact admin@shop2.shop immediately after ordering if a correction is required. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Contact admin@shop2.shop if tracking has not updated for an extended period or if a parcel arrives damaged. Include the order number and supporting photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and advise on the available resolution.
